2006-07 Social Events:
- May 5, 2007: MPact Kentucky Derby Party: Party and betting begin at 5 pm, post time is 6 pm but the fun will continue for those who cannot come that early. In keeping with the Derby tradition, we will have Mint Juleps, Bourbon Slush, Bourbon Balls, Cucumber sandwiches, Kentucky Pie...plus a covered dish from each of you. Let's have fun and dress the part! Watch the race on high-definition, judge the best hat contest, and then just have MPact fun the rest of the evening. Betsy and Jim Deupree will be hosting his event.
- April 12, 2007: Ladies Salad Supper. Debbie Darden has volunteered to have Ladies Salad Supper on April 12th. Please RSVP to Trudy Mills at trudy.mills@charlottecountryday.org by April 10th
- November 16, 2006: Ladies Salad Supper at Harriet Pharr's at 6 p.m. Harriet will explain a new ministry called "A Common Thread" during this evening.
- November 16, 2006: Men's Auxiliary Oyster Roast at David Link's at 6 p.m. RSVP to Ray Kessler.
- November 4, 2006: Potluck dinner at Art and Ann Edgerton's house at 7 p.m. Bring item for Homeless Shelter: white or gray work socks, warm knit hat, warm knit gloves, or chapstick. Dick Darlington will collect and get items to the shelter.
