CROSS Fall Weekend trips or Fall Break Week Trips take place in SEPT., OCT., NOV., DEC. 2009
Deadline: August 31, 2009
CROSS Spring Weekends trips take place in JAN., FEB., MAR., APR., 2009
Deadline: December 31, 2008
CROSS Summer Week trips take place JUNE, JULY, and AUGUST 2009 (weekend trips are not available in the summer)
Deadline: January 31, 2009
WHAT DOES A TENTATIVE BOOKING MEAN? A group is placed as tentative in status until a deposit is received. If a different group requests a date then the orginial group has 2 weeks to mail a deposit to book their trip or the dates become open for others groups.
