CROSS Registration process
|
Before booking a trip, BE SURE TO READ the Reservation and Cancellation Policy. Deposits and Final payments are non-refundable. |

- Check Web calendar to see if the date is available for your trip. (link on the right side of screen)
- Contact the
CROSS
office (704-376-3695, Ext. 282; acranford@myersparkpres.org) to tentatively book a weekend or week-long mission trip.
- Fill out the Group Application form (found under downloads on right side of screen) and mail a 30% deposit for the maximum number of people you plan to attend the
trip.
- The
CROSS Director will e-mail or call to confirm your deposit and form has been received in the mail and that your trip is now changed from tentative to booked on the calendar.
- The
CROSS D
irector will keep in contact with you before your trip to talk about options for ministry sites and menus during your stay as well as answer any questions you may have. Primary communication will be through e-mail so be sure to include an e-mail address you check often on the group application form.
- A second payment is due eight weeks before your group arrives to secure your booking.
- Final numbers are due four weeks before your group arrives.
- Final payment and a $100 security deposit are due two weeks before your group arrives.
- Upon arrival, forms to be turned in will be (1) Group Roster, (2) Medical Release form and Covenant for each participant and (3) Outside Group Child Policy form signed by all adult participants. Groups must use
CROSS
forms to participate in the
CROSS
program.
