Presbyterian Women

Presbyterian Women is an organization for all women in the church. During the year PW holds several events including the Fall Gathering, Christmas Communion, and May Birthday. Circles are a big part of PW. Each year a variety of different topics are offered for women including Bible studies, a movie circle, book circles, and a service circle. There are also committees to serve on to help carry out the work of PW. Some of these are Topics & Teachers, Christmas Families, and Hospitality to name a few. There is definitely a place for any woman who is interested in Presbyterian Women.

Each year Myers Park Presbyterian Women gather in Montreat, N.C. for fun, fellowship, worship, and spiritual renewal. The next Presbyterian Women's retreat is March 7-9, 2008 and will feature the Rev. Jane Summey Mullennix as the retreat leader. The Women's Retreat is always a special time to relax with old friends, make new friends, and deepen our faith and our commitment to discipleship in today's world.
