Athletic conditioning class is a combination of athletic drills, speed and agility, and weight training. "Hope you like the stairs." All exercise enthusiasts are welcome.
Cardio Funk

Have fun and burn calories in this unique 60 minute dance-based cardio workout - a fusion of pop and old-school funk! Each class features a wide array of dance and music styles and with Andre's choreography, even the most rhythm challenged individual will find themselves feeling like a back up dancer for a music video.
Pilates
This is a class to strengthen, stabilize, and develop a strong body core using the methods of Joseph Pilates. The movements are designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. This is a great abdominal and back workout!
Seniorcise
Our Seniocise class is a less intense 30 -minute aerobic workout combined with 30 minutes of strength training. It is structured for our more "mature" adults-their kind of moves to their kind of music. This class will keep you moving and strong.
Strength and Sculpt
This class utilizes weights, bands, stability balls, and you body weight as resistance to sculpt and strengthen all the major muscle groups. Strength training is an important fitness component that will help increase lean muscle which burns calories throughout the day, and most importantly helps prevent osteoporosis. This class is for everyone-all fitness levels-beginners to serious athletes.
Yoga
Class participants can experience Hatha Yoga in a Christian environment. Yoga will improve flexibility, posture, and balance, which helps prevent injuries. Yoga reminds us to breathe, relax, and enjoy life and is recommended for everyone. Wednesday classes are for all levels and Tuesdays classes are designed for people with chronic illnesses.
Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin Dance. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. The name Zumba is derived from a Columbian word meaning to move fast and have fun. A great workout and easy to follow for everyone!
