We are partnering with the Independent Presbyterian Church of Brazil (IPIB) and The Outreach Foundation PC(USA).
Develop new churches and build a community of believers by providing youth programs, educational assistance and support of local initiatives.

Gaucho region of southern Brazil.
The IPIB places a strong emphasis on evangelism using trained missionaries to develop new Presbyterian communities in cities lacking a strong Protestant influence.

Myers Park Presbyterian is continuing to build relationships with our brothers and sisters in the Congo.
Improve education; develop and implement sustainable accounting and human resources systems; improve healthcare services; and build the technical infrastructure.  Here at home, ease the transition of 4,000 Congolese relocating to the Charlotte community.
Ongoing ministry; trip late summer or fall 2010.
Tshikaji and surrounding villages and Charlotte.
We are partnering with Congolese Presbyterians to improve the quality and sustainability of life in their country.

EL SALVADOR - Salvadoran Relationship Team

Myers Park Presbyterian, Habitat for Humanity El Salvador, the Getsemani ADESCO, PC(USA) and beyond.
Join us as we work on a holistic project in Getsemani Community, Ahuachapan.  Project includes 90 homes, values education, micro-entrepreneurship, cultural exchange and community leadership training.
Brigades are scheduled March 26-April 3 and Sept. 3-11.  Youth brigade, June 18-26.
Build hope and further the work of Habitat for Humanity El Salvador and local churches – one home, one family, one community at a time.

Implement a two-year culture of peace-building project as well as the child sponsorship program.  Sponsoring families will meet periodically to share information and support.

Partner with the Great Church in improving a disabled children's home and developing senior adult programs.
