Wondering what to expect? These stone walls house a warm community ready and willing to nurture you on your spiritual journey. While our church is one of the largest in our denomination and has a rich century of tradition, we are committed to helping you find your niche. We want to answer your questions so you will feel as comfortable as possible when you attend worship for the first time. If you do not see your question below, feel free to email us.

    What will we do?

Myers Park Presbyterian has traditional and contemporary worship services at 10 a.m. each Sunday morning during the summer. Steve Eason teaches relevant truths from the Bible at both services -- only the setting and music varies. The traditional service meets in the sanctuary and includes classic choral and orchestral music. The contemporary Celebrate service meets in Myers Park Presbyterian's Oxford Hall and is led by our talented band.

    What about my kids?

Children are welcome in all worship services. Childcare is available for infants through 3-year-olds during the 10 a.m. services in our licensed childcare rooms located in the B-building.

    How long does it last?

Each worship service lasts approximately one hour.

    What should I wear?

We are more concerned with meeting your real life needs than what you wear. Most people will dress in business casual at the Celebrate service and a bit more formally at the traditional services.

    How do I get there?

The traditional service meets in the sanctuary and Celebrate meets in Oxford Hall.
